Replacement, Return & Refund Policy:

Thank you for choosing Style Stitch. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, here are the conditions for return, exchange and refund.
Eligibility & Time Window
• You may request an exchange or return within 3days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags and labels intact, and returned in their original packaging.
• Please keep your order invoice / proof of purchase - this is required to process any return or exchange.
 
What We Accept / Offer:

Depending on the reason for return, we offer:
1. Exchange for size or fit issues - (subject to stock availability).
2. Upgrade to a different jacket or item - if you pay the price difference.
3. Refund - only in case of verified manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching defect, defective zipper, wrong/damaged item).
We do not accept returns for reasons such as “changed mind after use,” “wore and then disliked,” or general wear & tear.
 
Return & Exchange Process:
• For defective items: Once you contact us (see contact below), we will arrange a free return pick-up or provide a pre-paid shipping label.
• For size / upgrade / fit exchanges: Customer bears return shipping cost. We will ship the new size/item to you once the original product is received and inspected.
• Returns must be initiated no later than 7 days from delivery. Past that window, we may not be able to process returns or exchanges.
 
Refunds:
• For items deemed defective or damaged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, once the item is received and verified.
• Refund processing will be completed within 7–14 business days (or as per payment gateway timelines), after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded (unless the return is due to our error/defect). Any shipping costs paid by customer during exchange returns are not refundable.
 
Non-returnable / Non-exchangeable Items:
• Products that have been worn, washed, or show visible signs of use.
• Items returned without original tags, label or proof of purchase.
• Items beyond the 7-day return window.
• Any customised, personalized, or sale-final items (if applicable) - such items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
 
Customer Responsibilities:
• Ensure to package the item securely in original packaging before return to avoid damage in transit.
• Use a trackable shipping method if you are arranging return shipping.
• Provide order number / invoice with the return for quick processing.
