Once an order is placed, we begin the customization process immediately to ensure quick turnaround times. Therefore, changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the order is processed and cannot be modified.

7. What if my jacket doesn’t fit?

We offer a comprehensive size guide on our website to help you choose the right fit. However, if you find that your jacket doesn’t fit as expected, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We’ll assist you with an exchange or alteration, depending on the circumstances.
